In talking to customers and prospects across APAC prior to launching there, it’s apparent that the appetite for innovative, results driven ABM programs is significant in the region.
Today marks another significant milestone in the development of Agent3. Having long supported customers on a global basis, we’re now ‘officially’ open for business in APAC with our first office in Sydney. Headed by Roger Marshall and his 25+ years in digital marketing, B2B communications and stakeholder engagement, we’re creating an APAC presence in direct response to demand from customers we’re already servicing in the region. Some of the region’s leading brands currently enjoy the services of our global teams and will now have senior strategic ABM advice on tap in APAC.
By opening operations in Sydney and starting the process of creating a broader APAC presence, we’re now able to offer our customer base a truly global end to end ABM service, building on the success of our existing, growing offices in EMEA and North America.
In talking to customers and prospects across APAC prior to launching there, it’s apparent that the appetite for innovative, results driven ABM programs is significant in the region. And, as in North America and EMEA, the common challenge we hear is how to scale ABM to cover a top tier of key and named accounts. This is a question we like to be asked because, from our perspective, scaling ABM is only possible through the right mix of human creativity and applied technology solutions.
It’s why we have invested in digital marketers, content development teams, data scientists and developers during our expansion to date. It’s gratifying to see that this strategy is gaining increased traction with customers and it gives us the confidence to invest in new markets such as APAC with the aim of building a sizeable presence there very quickly.
In due course, look for Roger’s observations here on all things ABM for APAC – I’m certain he’ll have some great insights to share….
